Sauer grapes
A few years ago I put all my student loans into one big loan. And, thinking of rainy days, took out payment protection. Payment protection isn’t cheap, and I’ll tell you something else it isn’t - it isn’t valid if you get sacked for gross misconduct.

Update: I’ve been into the east wing, and it appears we still have some staff on the books, so I’ll be firing them post haste to balance the books.
