Had the reporter followed us out of the court she’d have got a little more scandal at the exit - I can expect to be kneecapped or something was the general gist of the handbag swinging. But what a defence! That I was travelling faster than I had stated, that I was a ¼ mile away when Mr. Hunter started his manoeuvre (which he stated took less than 2 seconds). All of which means I was travelling at a minimum of 450mph…

More!? OK then, but I can't help feeling that this will be a disappointment to you.
I work as a web designer in Belfast, and I live by the sea in a shoe. You can see me here, doing my livejournal pose as idoru called it. If you need to you can email me at carisenda -at- gmail -dot- com.

Does exactly what it says on the (comic book) tin. Loved it.

Very funny, disturbing (the beauty pageant) and completely messed up -- but in a good way.

Story great, characterization a little on the weak side -- though the big robots are cool.

Stylish, funny, exciting.

Very sad, which was a little unexpected since I didn't know much about it before watching it. Can be a little too slow in places though, otherwise it's very good.

The story can get a little dense at times what with the various factions, but still really enjoyable, inventive and engaging.
- X-Men: The Last Stand

Opportunity, talent, money - all blown. Over 3 films X-Men has hinted of something great that could have been, this last one says "No, sorry - not going to happen". Bah.

Are you going to sue the newspaper for spelling your name wrong?
No, but you get Brownie points for noticing.
:)
Yup. It should be spelt Stephen Stewart… (ya see - I never forget.)
*Editor’s Note: I own the air waves SWM, vengence will have to wait a while longer I guess :)
i love the chronicle
Dear Sir,
I am keen to hear from any decendants of my Great Grand mother Agnes Stratton who lived in Thomas St. Newtownards.
Yours Sincerely
Fred Stratton
is it possible to view a paper from a few weeks ago?
Only if you call round to the Chronicle office, or find a copy in a library or something - I don’t think there is an online archive or anything.
I used to sell the paper on Friday nights as a lad, then I left for Canada on 28 Feb 1958. I know my picture was in the Chronicle that week or the week after. My mother used to send me the Chronicle when she was alive. Hope to visit Ards this coming August. Keep up the good reporting.
Do you have a archive section and did you publish death notices in the 1800s I would be greatfull for any help.
Thanks,
Mike Mann.
