NB. I hate moths, and if I see this big beast I'll either run like a girl or knock the thing for six.

On 18th August 2003 I didn’t see one of these in my back garden.
While I wasn’t seeing it, it didn’t drink lots of nectar.
I saw one yesterday, it really was like a humming bird, so wonderful and lovely. Then I shot it with my gun.
