MP3 Players

I want to get an mp3 player, so I do. I like the look of iPod Mini’s but I also like the idea of having a tuner onboard as well. So now I’m looking at something like the iRiver iFP-795 (512mb) or the iRiver iFP-899 (1GB), if anyone has any advice let me know.

I love my ipod mini - really, it’s fantastic. And 1GB is just not enough, I filled the 4GB right away and I’m having to rotate things on and off.

We have one of those ipod minis, maybe it’s because I don’t really use it, but I find the navigation yolk really hard to use, it seems really unresponsive and too delicate. The thing I do like about it is the integration/syncing with itunes (I’m sure other players are just as good), and the ability to convert your music from mp3 to thon other format that apple use, which gives you stacks and stacks more tuneage.

At the minute the argument is being won by the presence of a digital radio tuner. If an iPod came with one it’d be no contest.

I like the iPod, but I can see your point about having a radio tuner too. However, the shuffle thing on the iPod means that basically your player is your own personal radio station that only every plays music you like, all the time. Unless you want to be able to listen to the news or something. And a number of radio stations are now podcasting, so you can fiddle with that on your iPod too. But anyway I would highly recommend the iPod.

I think I heard something about the iPod shuffle having all the radio stuff already there but apple just haven’t enabled it yet I got an iPod mini for my birthday (16th April) and it rocks! I recieved a pack of ipod socks and an iPod dock today, the socks are so cool, I highly recommend an iPod Mini

Sir, if you sign yourself as ‘Me’ it’s going to cause confusion.

Does exactly what it says on the (comic book) tin. Loved it.

Very funny, disturbing (the beauty pageant) and completely messed up -- but in a good way.

Story great, characterization a little on the weak side -- though the big robots are cool.

    Stylish, funny, exciting.

Very sad, which was a little unexpected since I didn't know much about it before watching it. Can be a little too slow in places though, otherwise it's very good.

The story can get a little dense at times what with the various factions, but still really enjoyable, inventive and engaging.

Opportunity, talent, money - all blown. Over 3 films X-Men has hinted of something great that could have been, this last one says "No, sorry - not going to happen". Bah.
